We are actively monitoring the ever-changing COVID-19 situation and have measures in place to ensure we continue to serve our customers in a way that is safe for both customers and our employees. We are committed to serving the needs of our customers and providing a magical pony entertainment service safely.
To help minimize impact to service, and for keeping our environment (site, equipment, ponies and team) safe for you we will continue to follow and refer to guidelines and protocol provided by the CDC, state and local public health officials in the areas that we serve.
In addition to what our team is doing to keep the environment safe and stress-free for you, we have implemented processes before each client's event to mitigate COVID-19 risk. In preparation for your pony ride or party, our team is adhering to strict cleaning and sanitation protocols appropriately between events. We have allowed for additional time in our schedule for extra attention to detail.
While you are with us for your event, here's what we need your help with to increase safety at your event:
Please provide access to hand washing areas and hand sanitizer to all people at your event.
Ask any outside guests or family members planning to attend your event that are not feeling well or that may have been exposed to Covid-19 to please stay home. To help protect everyone, we will expect you to let any people displaying active cold, fever, COVID, or flu-like symptoms that they may not participate in any pony, unicorn, petting zoo or related activities.
If it’s nearly time for your event or party and you or anyone in your household is not feeling well or are worried you’ve been exposed to COVID-19, please give us a call at (888) 960-7669 or (425) 495-3130 to reschedule your party or event.
